Our five-year guarantee is a testament to the people and the product we produce.

In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship occurring within five years of purchase, Pocket Spring Bed Company will arrange to repair or replace the item free of charge.

This guarantee applies only to Pocket Spring Bed Company products purchased from an authorized retailer in the UK & Eire and, in all instances, applies to product only where it has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and instructions. Please ensure that you read and comply with the Care Instructions in your ‘A Guide To Assembling And caring For Your New Bed’ booklet delivered with your bed.

Any claims under this guarantee must be made through the retailer from whom the bed was purchased. Please ensure you retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Pocket Spring Bed Company reserves the right to:-

1. Substitute materials/products of a comparable or higher quality if identical materials/products are not available.
2. Refuse service if the fault in the product is due to causes other than poor workmanship or faulty materials.
3. Refuse to handle or service any product that is in an unsanitary condition or has been abused.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
